We currently accept the following insurances:

Sliding Fee

I hold a certain number of sliding scale sessions per month. The cost for these sessions will be calculated based on your current income and expenses. Please inquire directly about these slots, and we will work to find something that works.

Out of Network Benefits

Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits, which allows you to seek services, pay out of pocket, and then receive a reimbursement from your insurance company. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. A superbill is a detailed document that allows you to bill your insurance company directly.

Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider, if you are interested in private pay:

a.  What are my routine behavioral health care benefits?
b.  Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?
c.  What is my deductible and have I met it?
d.  What amount do you cover for out of network providers?
e.  What credentials must my therapist have for me to receive reimbursement? (My therapist is an LMHC)

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. When enrolling in services, we will store your preferred debit or credit card on file. This will ease the process of payments.
